JMUN Ev Sahipliği Başvurusu Açıldı! 2024-205

Bu form, ortaokul öğrencileri için JMUN (Junior Model United Nations) konferansı düzenlemek isteyen eğitim kurumlara yöneliktir. MUNTürkiye’den materyal alan kurumlara projede öncelik verilecektir.

• Kurumun başvurusundan sonra değerlendirme yapılacak ve telefon veya Zoom üzerinden görüşme talep edilecektir.
• Başvurusu uygun bulunan kurumlarla hizmet sözleşmesi imzalanacaktır.
• MEB prosedürleri gereği, konferanstan en az 45 gün önce MEB’e başvuru yapmak gerekmektedir. Başvuru yapacak kurumlar tarihlerini bu süreye göre belirlemelidir.
• Konferans için en az 200 kişilik bir konferans salonu ve kullanılabilir 10 sınıfın bulunması gerekmektedir.
• Konferans 3 gün, 2,5 gün veya 2 gün olarak düzenlenebilir.
• Kurum, dilerse ilgili pozisyonlara (akademik veya organizasyon) kendi öğrencilerini yerleştirerek onların sonraki yıllar için tecrübe kazanmalarını sağlayabilir. Konferansın organizasyon ekipleri büyük oranda ilgili kurumun öğrencilerinden oluşturulacaktır. Kurum, JMUN organizasyonu için bir öğretmeni sorumlu yapmalı ve tüm süreçler bu öğretmen aracılığıyla yürütülmelidir.
• Kurumun konferans için ayırması gereken bütçe, planlama sonrası belirlenip kuruma bildirilir. Hizmet sözleşmesinin imzalanmasından sonra çalışmalar başlatılacaktır.

This form is intended for educational institutions that wish to organize a Junior Model United Nations (JMUN) conference for middle school students. Priority will be given to institutions that have obtained materials from MUNTurkey.

After the institution’s application, an evaluation will be conducted, and a meeting will be requested via phone or Zoom. Institutions deemed eligible will be provided with a service contract.

According to the Ministry of National Education (MEB) procedures, it is necessary to apply to the MEB at least 45 days before the conference. Applying institutions should determine their dates based on this timeframe.

For the conference, a conference hall with a minimum capacity of 200 people and 10 classrooms must be available. The conference can be organized for 3 days, 2.5 days, or 2 days.

If the institution wishes, they can assign their own students to relevant positions (academic or organizational), helping them gain experience for the following years. The organizing teams of the conference will largely consist of students from the relevant institution. The institution must designate a teacher responsible for the JMUN organization, and all processes will be carried out through this teacher.

The budget that the institution needs to allocate for the conference will be determined after the planning process and communicated to the institution. The work will commence after the service contract is signed.
