MUNTurkey.com: Hello IDMUN Team! We are so excited to be with you in the first edition of IDMUN! Denizli has been becoming one of the most important centers for MUN conferences. İstek Schools have a great reputation. We would like to get to know you closer. Let’s start!

1. MUNTurkey.com: Could you please introduce the academic and organization team of the conference? We are all curious about the heroes behind that amazing conference!
IDMUN:

 

Our handsome Secretary-General, Barkın Yaymanoğlu is successful and resolute Without his determination, we couldn’t be able to make this conference. He is the kindest SG ever.

 

Our Director-General, Çağla Ünal both directs the team and our hearts.  It would be a real challenge to find a smarter DG than her.

 

 

Our Deputy Secretary-General, Eylül Sibel Didinir’s experiences and skills are just a few of the things that make her different but not more than her beauty.

 

Our Deputy Director-General, Doğa Özaltun has amazing skills and she is always able to improve even the best status of herself. Wait until you find out how friendly she is.

 

 

Our Head of Public Relations and Information Technology, Aslı Selçuk! is the one who solves your problems behind the mails while being busy with the IT and social media. With her, you are always able to reach us.

 

Our Head of Finance, Eda Pişkin is a total young businesswoman that she can take your money at one glance. Also, she is hardworking when it comes to finding sponsorships

 

Our Head of Content, Elifnaz Çelik! Thanks to her, the topics that will be discussed are amazing and everyone can debate upon them.

 

 

Our Head of Administrative Staff, Bengisu Nur Kabay! With her discipline, our admins will stay ordered to make you gratified.

2. MUNTurkey.com:There are crisis committee’s in IDMUN’20. Do you believe that your conference will satisfy the participants who love crisis committees?

IDMUN: Yes, our beloved crisis team is renowned and also efficient when it comes to a crisis.

3. MUNTurkey.com: As you know UNHRC has started a resolution challenge on a global scale for the MUN conference. Will you join this challenge?
IDMUN: No. We do not consider attending it this year.

4. MUNTurkey.com: There are a lot of MUN conferences around the world recently. To be honest, MUNers have started to be more selective in their preference of the MUN conferences they want to attend and everybody looks for a good reason. From your point of view, why should people take place in this year’s edition of IDMUN’20?

IDMUN: People should take place in IDMUN since we have great debatable topics, amazing academic team, reasonable prices and the best social event. Our organization and the academic team have been working hard to make this conference possible for 6 months. We trust ourselves and believe that delegates would not have any regrets about participation.

5. MUNTurkey.com: Could you please inform us about the rules of procedures of the conference?
IDMUN: Harvard Procedure.

6. MUNTurkey.com:We also would like to know more details about your social activities and MUN party. What kind of social activities will there be in IDMUN’20?

IDMUN: There will be a gala dinner, social event, fashion walk & another kind of fun activities that our entertainment team has planned.

IDMUN: We believe that MUNTurkey.com contributes to MUN Community’s development since many people can reach us by MUNTurkey.com

What can you tell us about the venue? Will you provide shuttles from the airport or city centre?

IDMUN: The venue will be our school and we will be providing shuttles from specific points around Denizli and Çardak Airport & the bus station.

Are there any sponsors of the conference?

IDMUN: Yes, we have 14 different sponsors.

How should delegates get ready for the conference?

IDMUN: They can read the study guides which will be published before the conference and they should search up for the procedure on MUNTurkey.com.

Could you please give more information about accommodation, social activities and conference venue?

IDMUN: We have 2 options for accommodation: Anemon Hotel and Pişkin Hotel. You can search for them and their prices on our website. We will also be organizing gala dinner and social event.

Could you please give more information about the Academic team, Committees and agenda items as well as RoP of the conference?

IDMUN: We will be following Harvard Procedure and we have 4 GA, 2 Crisis, 1 Special, 1 Fantasy Committees.
