AlphaMUN’18: 10 Questions and 10 Answers

1- When and where will the AlphaMUN’18 happen?

AlphaMUN’18 will be held in 7-8-9 September, in Mersin. Conference will take place in Liparis Resort&Spa which is our venue and designated hotel.

2- How much is the fee for the conference?

Fees for our conference:

•Delegate: 200 TL

•Press: 170 TL

•Staff: 170 TL

•Committee Director: 130 TL

Accommodation is not included in the fee.

3-What is included in the application fee?

-Lunch for 3 days

-Coffee breaks

-Welcoming pack

-Conference materials

-Social event

-Snacks in committees

-Certificate of participation

-Certificate of awards (if you earn it)

-Transportation around Mersin

 

4-How many participants will there be at the AlphaMUN’18?

We are expecting 150 delegates, 10 press members, 10 administrative staff members, 12 committee directors, 6 USGs , 10 Entertainment Team members, 10 PR Team members and of course, our main team. So approximately, there will be more than 200 participants in our conference.

 

5-How long will the conference last?

AlphaMUN’18 will last for 3 days.

6-To what airport should I fly to when coming to AlphaMUN’18?

You should fly to Adana Şakirpaşa Airport and transfer to Mersin with fly service in order to join our conference.

7-What are the committees and agenda?

There are 6 committees in our conference -2 of them being the crisis, 1 of them being a Turkish committee.

The application deadline is:

•For delegates: 20 August

•For press/staff/committee directors: 10 August
